Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, this new month of Tammuz, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving to others as freely as you have been forgiving with me. Father, please make all of my paths straight and all my waters still. May you shine your light brightly in front of me so that I may walk securely your way, in your truth, and in your life.
Father, please help me release that part of my humor that insults and is sarcastic. I feel as if I'm offending more and more lately, and I pray that you remove that spirit from within me and allow your light to shine through. I do not wish to embarrass or to be dismissive of anybody. Please set my path straight my God and hold my tongue from offense. Your miracles are with us daily and your wonders are never ending. Thank you for all your attention and all of your sacrifice. Thank you for being in my life and for helping me grow, for molding me in the image of your choosing.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who gives us these signs in heaven as a way to track his seasons and appointed times.
