Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your heavenly name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving to others as freely as you have been forgiving with me. Father, please grant me the patience to judge righteously, and please back all my weights and measures balanced. Thank you for your mercy and your grace, and thank you for your gift of the Holy Spirit to guide me along the path you have set.
Father, I need your help. I have a big decision to make and I am turning to you for guidance. Please touch my soul and lead me in the direction you would like me to go my Lord. You know my wishes, but it's not my wishes that matter, it's your will. Please ease my stress and provide me with an answer. I trust in you my Lord. You were able to lead an entire nation out of bondage and into freedom, and my journey is but a spec of dust in your sight. I turn to you my time of troubles and you will answer, for that is who you are, my God. You provide all of our needs and you lift us up to the proper heights of your design. Father, thank you for being here for me during this time, and I await your will.
Blessed are you O Lord our God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who answers our prayers according to his will.
