Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving to others just as you have been with me. Your glory is beyond reach my Lord, and your miracles are with us daily. Please Father, never remove your face from before me and may I always stay firm on your path, may I never veer to the right or the left.
Father, please remove the wickedness from this world. They are a snare to your children whom you saved from bondage in Egypt. They spread lies and deceit. They accuse with no evidence of wrongdoing. They lurk by the roadside and set a trap for your children. Father, save us from those deceivers, the scoffers of this world. You are our salvation and you have saved us, but we still must travel in this world with this wickedness. Give us strength and lay the enemy low. Open their hearts and call them, save them my Lord or remove them from our midst.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who protects his children from evil.
