Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, the 48th day of the counting of the omer. Thank you for waking me and for breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. May you fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving to others just as you have been forgiving to me. Please Father, may I never lose sight of your face and may I never turn away from you. You are my God and you are my salvation, and through your son you have granted me eternal life. May all my works bring glory to your name and may your love and your spirit be in my heart for all of my days.
Father, I pray for the salvation of those in my family who do not believe. Please Father, open their eyes and their hearts to your love, your wisdom, your fairness, and your truth. May you draw them closer to you in thoughts and in deeds, and may they finally recognize you and bend the knee to you. Father, you are the only one who can call them and save them from their fate in the pit. Please Father, they are filled with love, but they are still far from you. Help them my Lord, and deliver them from the bondage they live in. Please set them free and write them in your book of Life.
Blessed are you O Lord our God the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob who delivers His people from bondage.
