Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. I pray you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to spread your love. I pray you grant me a heart of forgiveness so that I may hand out mercy to others as freely as you have handed it out to me. I ask that you protect me, my family, and my home from all evil and that you remove temptation from our lives. Father, I pray for a home filled with peace, joy, and love; a place where your spirit may dwell with us all the days of our lives.
Father, please drive the evil from this land and restore peace and blessings to this nation. I pray that you open the hearts of your children so that they may be driven to your light. I ask that you grant mercy on those who don't believe today, and allow them to believe tomorrow. Father, you are the creator of all, and you are the one who can make the eyes see and the ears hear. You are the one who can find your children and bring them to the light. Father, all our hopes rest with you. You are our salvation and our hope to a life in your Kingdom, filled with your blessings.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who lifts His people up and shines His light through them.
