Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you Father for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. I pray you grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word, and to build a joyous and peaceful home in which your spirit will always live. Father, I ask that you protect me, my family, and my home from evil; and that you drive temptation far from us. Please, never let us count the times we forgive. Rather, may we always reach out in love to one another and lift each other up with shouts of joy and glory to you.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who guides us with His light, His truth, and His love.
