Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you Father for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. Please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word. Please grant me a forgiving heart so that I may hand out mercy to others as freely as you have granted it to me. May you protect me, my family, and my home from the evil in this world and remove temptation from our lives. Father, may you never remove your face from before me, and may everything I do be done for your glory. Your grace and your mercy have saved me from death, and in your Kingdom I have life forever.
Father, please bring peace to your land. Help your children learn how to love one another. Help us to build up in your name and stop us from tearing each other down. Your commands are simple, and easy to do. You told us all that we are to love you, and to love each other, but somehow there has arisen a generation who does not know you. Father, please open their hearts so that you are once again the receiver of the glory for all your works. I pray you deliver us from the bondage in this world and grant us freedom in your Kingdom. Please make our waters still, and bring peace to the land.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who delivers us from bondage and brings us to a life filled with peace.
