Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light to the world. Please, Father, grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word. Please grant me a forgiving heart so that I may be dish out mercy to others as freely as you have granted it to me. Please protect me, my family, and my home from the evil one and save us from the bondage of worldly desires.
Father, I ask, that if it be your will, to save those whom I love who do not know you. I pray with all my heart that you rip the veil from over their hearts and allow your Holy Spirit to flow through them. Show them the beauty of your spirit, and all the blessings you have to offer. Free them, my Lord from the bondage of the flesh, and open them up to the fruits of the spirit. You are a gracious and loving God. Your are the God of our ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob - our Living God, who brought us out of the land of Egypt so that you can be our God. Father, I pray with all my heart that your children in this world will recognize you, and return home to your Garden - your land filled with milk and honey. Your promises are forever, and your truth and wisdom rain down on us in abundance if we only had eyes to see.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who delivers His people, whom He has chosen, from the valley of the shadow of death and into a life filled with light and love.
