Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Thank you for granting me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Thank you for blessing me with your law and your spirit, for being my light and setting my path. Thank you for blessing me with a wife who is truly a gift from your heart, who supports me, loves me, forgives me, prays for me, and who brings me closer to you every day. Thank you for blessing me with a family who are full of love and kindness. You are great, your name is great, your spirit is great, and your glory is great. I am so thankful to have you in my life and to have your light shine in my heart.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who blesses us with this Sabbath day.
