Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Father, please grant me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Please fill my heart with mercy so that I may be forgiving to others just as you have been forgiving with me. I beg that you never remove your face from before me and continue to guide my steps along the path you have set, keeping me from turning to the right or the left. You are my light and my truth. Thank you allowing me in your presence and comforting my soul every day.
Father, your greatness is unsearchable, your love and mercies are with us daily. You set the stars on their course and you gave us the gift of life itself. You are the first, and you are the last. I am so grateful for the life you have blessed me with and the love I experience every day. Please hear my prayer my God. Please help heal M. from her serious illness. Please guide the hands of the doctors, and make the blood transfusion a success. Please grant her a long life filled with your blessings, and allow her to continue to show your grace in this life.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who heals those whom he wishes to heal.
