Dear Heavenly Father,
Praised are you my Lord and may your holy name be praised in the heavens above and on the earth below for ever and ever.
Thank you for bringing me to this Sabbath day, for waking me and breathing life into my soul. Thank you for blessing me with one more day to spend with those I love and one more chance to be your light in this world. Thank you for granting me the strength and the wisdom to walk in your word and to show your love. Thank you for loving me when I fall short of your expectations, and thank you for forgiving me each day. Thank you for blessing me with a family filled with love and mercy, you have blessed me. Thank you for bringing Kim into my life, she is a gift from your heart and I will treasure this gift every day.
Father, thank you for all the work that you have done. You have created the heavens and the earth. You have set the stars on their course. You have created man from the dust of the earth and you breathed life into our souls. You have kept every promise you have made and you have shown us patience like nobody else. You are my Lord, you are my God. Through your son, you have revealed the true spiritual meaning of your Torah, and have shown us how to walk in righteousness. You have have set the table and prepared a place for us. Father, your love is never ending, and I am so grateful to be a part of your Kingdom.
Blessed are you O Lord our God who blesses us with this Sabbath day.
